After the divorce was finalized, The Queen has decided to strip Diana of her title. She was no longer addressed as 'Her royal Highness' or called 'Princess of Wales'. During her necrological service, her brother the 9th Earl Spencer, was not ashamed to verbally attack the royal family. He was not pleased with the treatment they gave his sister.

After her funeral, the Queen decided to return her title, however the Earl refused. It was too late now for that gesture.

For the first time in Royal history the identifying symbol on the crest has incorporated the mother’s family logo.

It is understood both William and Harry requested the simple symbol of a scallop shell to feature on both their crests and Coat of Arms.

The scallop is the symbol for the Spencer family Coat of Arms and was Princess Diana’s as well.

William’s crest, which features a gold lion stood on a crown, will now be mounted above his seat at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.

Today, I saw my aunt's collection of magazines about Princess Diana. Then I wondered what would happen if she didn't die at an early age? We never know what will happen for sure, but I'm positive that she would still continue reaching out to people. I bet the aftermath of the recent calamities that struck the Philippines would prompt her to visit the victims. Her visit would be flocked by a lot of admirers. I'll make sure that I'll see her in person. It would surely be a wonderful experience for me.

Today I was drove my dad and my grandfather to the home depot at Macapagal Highway. So on our way back, I was kind of panicky because I was driving at a high speed on the fast lane. And it's also been 2 months since the last time I drove there. While I was driving, I noticed that my right side mirror was not in its right position. I tried to fix it while driving with the use of power buttons. I changed it earlier when I was parking the car. So anyway, I thought I pressed the "R" button, but instead I pressed the fold button. The side mirrors automatically folded and I had to pull over. I'll get into an accident if I continued on driving, and it was 100 kph.

I remember how Princess Diana and Dodi Al-fayed died. Their car crashed in one of the pillars inside the tunnel. It was reported that their driver was under the influence and was driving recklessly. Today, I learned that when you overlook the smallest things or details, it could lead to a major accident.

My great grandfather always told me that the good people always die first. I thought he was joking, but somehow it made sense. Princess Diana died when she was just 36 years old, never reaching half of her life. But I guess it was also God's way of ending her sufferings. At least she was able to find her happiness in a short span of time and we all know that she is at peace, wherever she might be. Her legacy lives on and she still continues to influence the lives of people.

'Whatever love means..."

This would always be the reply of Prince Charles whenever Princess Diana would utter the words "I Love You". What kind of husband says that to his wife? It just goes to show that he did not love her truly. They got married just for the sake of it. I think Diana became the sacrificial lamb in this union. She was fit to be the future Queen because if her aristocratic background. And the Prince needed to produce an heir to the throne. What's really sad about it is that they hid behind a facade that fooled a lot of people. Only those closest to them knew that the marriage was crumbling. Everybody thought that they lived a blissful wife after their fairy tale wedding and engagement.

It was during the rocky period in her life when Princess Diana had Bulimia. It was also her way of coping with the stress and tension within the royal family and her marriage. They blamed her eating disorder for the breakdown of the Wales's marriage. She was seen as a "problem" that needs to be eliminated. And this didn't ease the burden that's been put on her. I'm surprised that the royal family just shrugged it off as one of Diana's tantrums. I mean how could they be so insensitive? They could have consulted a doctor to diagnose the 'real problem'. Prince Charles could have at least shown some concern for his wife.

'Darling, you must understand that their sense of humour and their lifestyle are different and I don't think it will suit you.' These were the constant reminder of her grandmother. Lady Fermoy, before she married into the royal family. Indeed, it was really true. Princess Diana had a hard time fitting in with the royal family because of their strict conformity to rules. As an outsider, it was really hard to take in centuries of traditions. It seemed like the Princess was trapped inside a white castle. She tried in vain to please them, especially her husband, but to no avail. She never received a pleasant remark from all of them. Her self-esteem was at an all time low during her stay with them. It was really a shocking revelation since the public views the House of Windsor as the "perfect family".

Her divorce from Prince Charles signified the much awaited freedom that she’s been longing for. She was free and vulnerable once again. However, she believed that she was not in the position to find a new man her in life. A woman like her, according to her, was considered a “damaged good”. She also exudes this certain kind of elegance that might intimidate bachelors and might pass her off as one of those high maintenance aristocrats. She was also worried that her public might conjure another negative image of her when she loves again. And she was badly bruised from her first love and marriage.

But people were actually happy for her when pictures of them and Dodi Al-Fayed were first published. Many believed that this new man was capable of providing both her needs and wants. The most important thing is that the Princess was in love again, and no one was in the way of her happiness. Unfortunately, their love affair was cut short when he was about to ask for her hand in marriage. It’s like she was forbidden to experience any form of bliss while she was still on earth.
